POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
A GENTLE LANDING INTO THE NEW
FEELING SUPPORTED DURING THE FOURTH TRIMESTER
That first magical time with a brand-new little human in your arms. Maybe it's your very first time, or maybe you've done it before. Regardless of your life situation, the transition to a new parenthood is worth honoring and savoring. It's so easy to focus only on the growing belly and the birth, which might be the greatest moment of love your heart will ever experience, but recovery and the journey afterward are just as important. You are important. The journey toward finding your new everyday life, with its big new responsibilities and many new challenges, can sometimes feel dizzying and overwhelming. No one should have to go through this period feeling alone or lost. You are the best parent for your little one, and through warmth, knowledge, and reassurance, we can create conditions that allow you to feel calm enough to fully enjoy this time, while also building confidence as you step into your new role as a parent. An investment in a gentler, more empowering start to your family's new life with your baby.

BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT
Do you need support on your breastfeeding journey? I offer home visits for guidance, observation, and assistance with breastfeeding techniques, tailored to where you are and the challenges you're facing right now. Together, we work on reading your baby's cues, finding approaches that suit your family, and navigating the process so you have the best possible conditions for success.
You're warmly welcome to get in touch, and we can discuss your needs and how we could improve the breastfeeding experience for you.
POSTPARTUM CEREMONY
A cozy and intuitive moment to settle into the new postpartum body, wrapped in scarves and feeling supported both emotionally and physically after birth. A gentle way to "close" the body, which needed to be open during pregnancy and birth, focusing attention through an embracing massage and, for some, providing a way to process the birth on a physical level.
This is combined with at least one hour of postpartum support, allowing time to talk calmly and create a relaxed and safe atmosphere in the room.

FAQ
When can I book postpartum support?
I primarily offer postpartum support during the first 3 months after your baby is born (the fourth trimester). Breastfeeding support, massage, conversational support, and ceremonies can also be booked later if desired. Feel free to get in touch, and we can discuss how it can be tailored to your specific situation and needs.
Where do you offer postpartum support?
I am based in Mölnlycke/Gothenburg and primarily offer home visits in the surrounding area. Occasionally, I can travel further - please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll see what can be arranged.
Is it possible to book only breastfeeding support?
Yes, if you specifically need breastfeeding support, we can focus on that alone. However, it falls under the category of "postpartum support" and is booked for a minimum of 3 hours (so if you want to combine it with other postpartum support, that's absolutely possible).
Do you offer postpartum support at night?
In general, I do not offer overnight support, but I sometimes make exceptions when it can be arranged within your daily routine (for example, overnight support in the neonatal unit) and with an additional fee. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have those needs, and we can see what can be arranged.
